Refund Policy

In the event that a participant is unable to attend a session(s), makeup class(es) will not be offered. Withdrawals with a full refund up to one week before the start of the program will be charged a $25 administration fee.

Withdrawals after this date, but before the start of the program will be charged a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after the start of the program.

If the GTA Sportsplex closes (e.g. weather or due to COVID lockdowns) we will extend our program or provide partial credits to accomodate all sessions paid for.
