Academy Training Structure
The Academy training program will focus on teaching all the skills and movement patterns necessary to compete within a team setting.
Ages - 3 age categories | Grades 4-6; Grades 6-8; Grades 8-11 | Coed Program
Skill Level - All skill levels are welcome!
3 Sessions - Fall, Winter, Spring Fall Session registration now open!
Weeks per Session - 12 (See 3 sections below)
Program Features
- Skill focus (bumping, volleying, attacking, serving, blocking)
- High volume meaningful repetition
- Constant feedback and encouragement from the coaches
- T-shirt included
New this spring! The last 2 weeks of the program will be an in-house tournament to give our players an opportunity to apply all the skills they have learnt throughout the program into gameplay. And also enjoy the game of volleyball!

The change rooms are not always open. We suggest to come changed and ready to play.
Washrooms and a snack bar are available on site. -
The gym doors are on the North side under the large wooden entrance way.
